Q.File simplifies the process of filing documents by eliminating many of the manual, error prone and time intensive operations of todays filing systems. Q.File provides shortcuts for repetitive filing actions, as well as contextual filing of items based on their historical usage. Users can also automate filing based directly on the context of the document, task or project.

Q.Find is an intuitive way to quickly find and access information through keyword queries across the five categories of relationships most relevant to users people, places, products, activities and timeframe.
Documents stored within Q.Know can either be accessed directly from their related projects or by using Q.Find. In both instances, all items within the system can be found by identifying one, some or all of their associated keywords, as well as important file properties including file type, file name, text within the document and relevant date ranges.
