Seasoned CFO Brings Deep Technology and Industry Knowledge to Company

RESTON, Va. – October 7, 2003 – Q.Know Technologies, Inc., a global provider of information management software for the financial services industry, today announced the appointment of Robert A. Aldrich as vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Aldrich will be responsible for scaling the company’s financial operations to keep pace with Q.Know’s rapid growth. Mr. Aldrich will also manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including planning, analysis and reporting activities.

Mr. Aldrich brings almost 20 years of private and public company experience in financial and public accounting. Most recently, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for NFR Security, a privately held company providing network security products. Mr. Aldrich also served as vice president for financial operations at Best Software, Inc. and controller and associate director of finance for IGEN, Inc.  Before that, he was a manager at Deloitte & Touche providing auditing and accounting services to high technology companies.
