Q.KNOW PARTNERS WITH STELLENT TO ENHANCE VIEWER TECHNOLOGY

RESTON, Va. – September 27, 2004 – Q.Know Technologies Inc., a global provider of information management software, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Stellent, Inc's. Content Components Division, the industry's leading provider of technologies for managing, viewing and transforming unstructured data.
The effect of deploying Stellent® Outside In Viewer Technology within the Q.Know software will greatly enhance the Q.Know "Preview" capability. Prior to this technology relationship, Q.Know users had to rely on the native applications (e.g., Microsoft Word) for document previewing. With the Stellent technology, users will be able to preview a document without waiting for another application to open. This will significantly enhance the speed with which Q.Know users can review mail items and their attachments or locate items of interest within the Q.Know Associative File System (Q.AFS).
Stellent Outside In Viewer Technology allows for high-fidelity document viewing of file types without having to rely on the file's native application. Outside In Viewer Technology also allows copying, pasting and printing files in more than 225 file formats on Unix and Windows platforms.
