STRATEGIC GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION

– New York Office to Support Growing Base of Financial Services Clients –

NEW YORK – September 13, 2005 – Q.Know Technologies Inc., a global provider of information management software, today announced the opening of its New York office in mid-town Manhattan. The location of the new office was selected to support the rapid adoption of the company’s software by the financial services community.

The company will establish sales and marketing functions at the New York location, while continuing to support business abroad with local sales and customer support representatives. The move into New York follows the company’s recent expansion of offices in London and Bermuda.
