Q.KNOW ANNOUNCES SUPPORT FOR MICROSOFT® WINDOWS®
XP SERVICE PACK 2

RESTON, VA. – August 13, 2004 – Q.Know Technologies Inc., a global provider of information management software, today announced its support for Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).

Q.Know’s Quality Assurance team performed extensive testing with Windows XP SP2, confirming that the existing Q.Know product fully supports the SP2 release. No changes to Q.Know are required. Only two SQL agents need to be specified as exceptions to the firewall to allow Q.Know to work in an SP2 environment.
