Using NSI Double-Take® software, Q.Know is able to provide continuous, real time replication of all electronic corporate data on a separate, back up server at a remote location. Double-Take is able to maintain a replica of the primary server, called a "hot spare", enabling clients to automatically switch servers without any interruption of service or even recognition that operations have moved to a separate, secure server at another location. Q.Know’s Bermuda-based financial services clients are utilizing this state-of-the-art technology to maintain disaster recovery servers at their local Cable & Wireless Hosting Centre.
