Richard E. Meyer, Chairman
Richard Meyer served as the executive vice president and partner of Johnson & Higgins, the world’s largest private insurance broker and benefit consultant, which now forms part of Marsh & McLennan (NYSE: MMC). Prior to his 1993 retirement, Mr. Meyer was responsible for all national practices and for the formation of Johnson & Higgins Limited in London, which placed all of the firm’s insurance and reinsurance business in the London and Continental European markets.
In September 1997, Mr. Meyer co-founded Bermuda-based Latin American Reinsurance Company, Ltd. with financial backing from XL Capital (NYSE: XL) and Risk Capital Re, formerly a division of Marsh & McLennan (NYSE: MMC). He served as chairman and chief executive officer until XL Capital acquired the interests of the founding executives in December 2000.
Mr. Meyer is currently chairman of Global Excess Partners, LLC, a New York-based insurance agency; vice chairman of XN Holdings, an online insurance provider for expatriates; vice chairman of the Board of Overseers at St. John’s University School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science; founding board member of Executive Risk Insurance and Global Capital Reinsurance; director of Intrinsic Holdings Limited and Hallmeyer & Associates Limited. He also serves on the board of a number of non-profit organizations, including Boys Hope/Girls Hope.

Vineet Kalucha, President & CEO
Vineet Kalucha brings more than 20 years of broad senior management experience to Q.Know Technologies, Inc. A finance professional, Mr. Kalucha has been associated with establishing operations in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Mr. Kalucha was a co-founder of Latin American Reinsurance Company, Ltd. in Hamilton, Bermuda. Latin American raised $100 million from XL Capital Ltd. (NYSE: XL) and Risk Capital Reinsurance Company, formerly a division of Marsh & McLennan (NYSE: MMC). As senior vice president and chief financial officer, Mr. Kalucha headed up operations and helped attract a seasoned management team to build the company. Latin American Re had operations in six major countries in South America before it was acquired by XL Capital Ltd. in December 2000
Mr. Kalucha previously served in senior management and finance positions at the ARIG – a leading international insurance and reinsurance company - at various locations in Europe, Middle East and Asia. As a senior manager at the UK subsidiary, he was responsible for all strategic planning of the company and led the initiative to restructure their international operations.
Mr. Kalucha also served as a consultant for Ernst & Young, in their offices in India, Hong Kong and Singapore where he led consulting and audit engagements for major Fortune 100 companies including the Asian operations of Proctor & Gamble, Lever Brothers, Chevron Inc., Bank of America and Banque Nationale de Paris.

Nicholas M. Brown, Jr., Director
Mr. Brown is the retired executive vice president of XL Capital Ltd (NYSE: XL), where he also served as chief executive officer of XL’s global insurance operations. In 1999, Mr. Brown joined XL Capital upon its merger with NAC Re Corp., where he was president and chief executive officer.
Prior to joining NAC Re in 1996, Mr. Brown was with The St. Paul Companies, where he was chief operating officer of St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company. Mr. Brown began his insurance career at Aetna, where he held several senior positions.
Mr. Brown also serves on the Board of Directors of Cybersettle, InsuranceVianet and Vocational Foundation, Inc. He is chairman of the advisory board of Adaptik Corp. and is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Gary P. Stevens, Director
Gary Stevens is the partner in charge of real estate investment activities at Landmark Partners Inc., a private equity secondary market specialty firm based in Simsbury, Connecticut. Since pioneering the market for secondary fund interests in 1990, Landmark has formed 20 private equity and real estate funds with $5.5 billion of capital.
Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Stevens was a managing director of The Carlyle Group, where, beginning in 1996, he built and led the firm’s real estate fund activities. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Stevens was chief operating officer of the J. E. Robert Companies (“JER”). After he joined JER in 1991 to direct portfolio acquisitions and manage the firm’s Principal Investment Group, JER became one of the largest purchasers of distressed U.S. commercial real estate assets, acquiring and managing $9.9 billion in assets through 66 portfolio transactions during his five-year tenure.
He began his career with eight years at Aronoff and David, a boutique real estate law firm in Washington, DC, where he was a partner, and six years at The Artery Organization, a Washington, DC, real estate development, construction, and management firm, where he was a principal and executive vice president.
